You are solely responsible for verifying outputs before you take action. Assure is an aid to human judgment, not a replacement for it. Human review is mandatory before you rely on any document.

Accuracy

AI systems are probabilistic and can hallucinate. Verification is a filter, not a guarantee. We do not promise that output is flawless, complete, or free from errors. Independently verify critical information.

What this is for

Your responsibility

You are solely responsible for how you use Assure. You agree not to use it for any unlawful, harmful, or abusive purpose.

Prohibited uses

You may not use Assure to generate or promote:

• Violence, threats, or harassment
• Hate speech or discrimination
• Illegal content or activities
• Deceptive or fraudulent material
• Content that violates the rights of others

Answers can be wrong

Assure rewrites your question, can send it to models you connect, and can drop claims that were not in your files. That is a filter, not a guarantee. You check the result before you use it with a client, a paper, or a decision.

Copy and Send

Copy keeps the compiled prompt on this computer. Send goes only to the provider you connected. The closed-to-the-internet mode keeps the question here. Open to the internet, it goes to that provider. Assure does not store the text of your questions.

Your files

Only upload files you have the right to use. Do not upload privileged, confidential, or sensitive information unless you are authorised to do so. Do not Send health or other sensitive text to a provider that is open to the internet unless you mean to. We are not responsible for uploads that violate your own obligations.

Provider policies

You must also follow the terms of the AI provider you connect. A Send to Gemini, Claude, DeepSeek, or Kimi is subject to that provider's rules. Assure does not replace them.

No warranty

The software is provided "as is", without warranties. We are not liable for damages or other consequences of your use. We do not promise uptime, accuracy, or fitness for a particular job. Free, Pro, and Team are product tiers on this machine, not a service-level contract.

Third parties

We are not liable for decisions made by third parties who rely on the output. Do not share output with others without your own verification.

Liability

You cover losses that arise from your use of Assure. Our total liability is capped at the amount you paid for the service. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.

If something goes wrong

You are responsible for how you use the output. If these terms cannot be enforced in your location, the rest still apply.
