These terms apply when you use the Assure workbench on this computer or read getassureai.com.
You are solely responsible for how you use Assure AI. You agree not to use it for any unlawful, harmful, or abusive purpose.
You may not use Assure AI to generate or promote:
Assure rewrites your question, can send it to models you connect, and can drop claims that were not in your files. That is a filter, not a guarantee. You check the result before you use it with a client, a paper, or a decision.
Copy keeps the compiled prompt on this computer. Send goes only to the provider you connected. Closed to the internet keeps the question here. Open to the internet, it goes to that provider. Assure does not store the text of your questions.
Only upload files you have the right to use. Do not Send health or other sensitive text to a provider that is open to the internet unless you mean to.
You must also follow the terms of the AI provider you connect. A Send to Gemini, Claude, DeepSeek, or Kimi is subject to that provider's rules. Assure does not replace them.
The software is provided "as is", without warranties. We are not liable for damages or other consequences of your use. We do not promise uptime, accuracy, or fitness for a particular job. Free, Pro, and Team are product tiers on this machine, not a service-level contract.
You are responsible for how you use the output. If these terms cannot be enforced in your location, the rest still apply.
